A fixed-price move, booked for completion day
Earn £30 for every home move and £10 for every man-and-van job your clients book.
Fees apply to moves your clients pay for, including client-paid bookings made through Movesmith Business. We pay once the move is completed and paid for, monthly with a statement. Nothing is paid on cancelled moves or on moves refunded within 14 days of completion. Moves your organisation pays for through Movesmith Business get the organisation discount instead. A referral never changes your client's price.
You know the completion date weeks before your clients move. Once it is agreed, share one Movesmith link or code and your buyers and sellers can book a fixed-price move for completion day. Movesmith handles the booking, payment and moving-day questions, so your team is not chasing removals on the busiest day of the transaction.
A practical handover
- ✓Share the link, code or client handout as soon as the completion date is agreed.
- ✓Clients give Movesmith their own addresses, inventory and access details, and see the fixed price before they book.
- ✓If completion moves, the client changes the date from their confirmation page. The first change has no administration fee with 48 hours' notice or more; later changes, or less notice, carry one. The price for the new date may differ, and the client sees it before confirming.
- ✓Movesmith checks for a suitable moving team before the client books. A referral alone does not reserve a team or a date.
- ✓Your client's move is with Movesmith, not your firm: they contact us with any question about it.
