How offers, approval and fees work
Portal access lets you prepare your details. Movesmith reviews your evidence, Admin gives the final supplier approval, and current job-eligibility checks still apply. These are separate steps. Approval does not create customer demand.
Suitable suppliers receive offers in ranked groups. Jobs not accepted through those offers can then appear on the job board for eligible suppliers. You can decline before accepting. Acceptance still depends on the job's current checks.
There are no lead or subscription fees. Movesmith's platform commission is part of the job's commercial split; the complete supplier payout is shown before you accept. You do not pay simply to wait for work.
Keep your operating area, vehicle and crew capacity, evidence and availability accurate and current. These help us identify suitable jobs, but cannot guarantee offers.

Complete checks
We check identity and Goods in Transit and Public Liability documents, record your declared vehicle type, and require a vehicle-compliance declaration. We do not physically inspect vehicles.

Become job-eligible
Portal access, document review and final Admin approval are separate. Approval does not switch availability on. Job-eligible operators can receive suitable offers subject to their approved scope, capacity and job dates; volume is not guaranteed.

Your agreed share is paid out after the move completes — through the platform, no invoice-chasing.
