Every move includes MoveReady Protection for a Declared Value up to £10,000, at no extra charge.
Above £10,000, a higher limit up to £50,000 is priced in your Quote.

Declare the full value
Declare the full value. Claims can't exceed it, and are reduced in proportion if it's too low.
What is covered
- Full protection covers goods your crew pack or prepare, such as furniture they wrap.
- Boxes you pack yourself are covered only for fire, collision or the van overturning.
- For missing contents, you need a valued contents list before the move.
Excess and limits
- £100 excess per claim. We pay it, so you pay no excess.
- £10,000 in total for phones, laptops, tablets, alcohol, vapes, furs and perfume.
- Data on devices, and anything inside a motor vehicle, isn't covered.
The documents list every exclusion. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How a claim works
- Tell us in writing as soon as you find loss or damage.
- Give the details within 7 days of delivery.
- We send goods claims to our claims handler, ICA. We stay your first contact.
