Does requesting packing confirm a booking?

No. A tailored request is not a booking or payment. You decide whether to book once we have confirmed a fixed proposal.

Are packing materials included?

Packing labour and materials are separate. Tell us whether you have your own materials or want us to review a materials option; only the items in your accepted fixed proposal are included.

Is unpacking included?

Only if you ask for it and we agree it. Unpacking is reviewed separately and is included only when it is in your accepted proposal.

Can I pack myself?

Yes. Your removal price covers the move, and nothing for packing is added unless you ask for it and agree its price. Our packing kits are there if you would rather pack yourself.

Do you offer packing outside the listed cities?

You can still request packing help with your move anywhere in the UK. We review the scope and suitable team capacity, then confirm a fixed proposal before you decide whether to book.
