Movesmith customer ratings reflect moves performed by operators booked through Movesmith. The overall score includes every eligible star rating, including ratings without written feedback, regardless of the score given. Written reviews appear only with permission and after moderation, so the rating count may be larger than the number of reviews below. Historical ratings submitted without the anonymous-public-score notice are excluded. This score is separate from Google and Trustpilot.
