After 50 moves in a month, we add £5 to each move after that. Fees apply to moves your clients pay for, including client-paid bookings made through Movesmith Business. We pay once the move is completed and paid for, monthly with a statement. Nothing is paid on cancelled moves or on moves refunded within 14 days of completion. Moves your organisation pays for through Movesmith Business get the organisation discount instead. A referral never changes your client's price.

Partner questions
How does a Movesmith referral work?
After a short call, an approved partner receives a trackable referral link and code. The client follows the normal Movesmith quote and booking journey, and a completed move is attributed to that referral.
What experience does the client receive?
The client sees the same fixed-price journey and service information as any other Movesmith customer. Movesmith handles the move request, payment flow and service updates.
Where is the service available?
Partners may refer enquiries from across the UK. Customers can enter their actual route and move details and book the fixed price straight away; a verified mover accepts the job, and if none does in time they pay nothing.
What do partners earn, and does it change the client's price?
You earn a fee on every completed home or office move your clients book: £8 for a studio or 1-bed, £15 for a 2-bed, £25 for 3 bedrooms or more. Office or shop moves: £15 up to 10 desks, £30 above. After 50 moves in a month, we add £5 to each move after that. Single items and man-and-van jobs do not earn a fee. It is paid monthly with a statement, and nothing is paid on cancelled moves or on moves refunded within 14 days of completion. A referred client sees the same fixed price they would see without a referral. Partners can also choose no referral fee.
What happens after I enquire?
Movesmith reviews the enquiry and arranges a short call to understand the client journey, coverage and commercial fit. An enquiry does not automatically activate a partnership.
How is partner and client data handled?
Movesmith uses enquiry details to respond to the service request. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately, and client booking information follows Movesmith's privacy and service terms.
Who handles a problem with the move?
The client contacts Movesmith using their booking page or our published support details. Please direct move-service questions to us rather than promising a replacement, refund or revised arrival time on our behalf. Your referral does not make your team responsible for running the move.
Is this a white-label service?
The standard partnership is a referral into the Movesmith-branded booking journey. Any tailored branding, scheme coordination or reporting arrangement must be agreed separately before you offer it to clients.
How is this different from Courier Exchange?
Courier Exchange is a general courier and haulage exchange. Movesmith is built only for removals: crews who have been checked for identity and Goods in Transit and Public Liability cover, at a fixed price shown before you book, with payment handled through Movesmith. Whether a general exchange or a removals-only service suits you depends on the job.
