We send your job to every suitable mover who takes same-day work. The first to accept gets it, and we text and email you. If none accepts before your arrival time, we cancel, release the hold in full and tell you straight away.

Can I book a move for today?
Yes, anywhere in the UK. Choose today in the quote and pick an arrival time that hasn't started yet. The quote only shows times you can still book. You see the fixed price before you book, and we start looking for a mover straight away.

What happens if no mover is available?
We send your job to every suitable mover who takes same-day work. The first to accept gets it, and we text and email you straight away.
If no mover accepts before your arrival time starts, we cancel the booking automatically, release the hold on your card in full and tell you straight away. You pay nothing. You can also cancel free at any time until a mover accepts.
When is my card charged for a same-day booking?
We hold the price on your card when you book. We take the payment after the move, once you sign it off with your Sign-Off PIN.
If no mover accepts, we release the hold, so nothing is charged. Your bank may take a few days to show the hold has gone.
Can you collect something I've just bought?
Yes. We collect from marketplace and private sellers, such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree, from shops and IKEA stores, and from auction houses, and deliver to your door. Agree a collection time with the seller first and add their details when you book.
