What does a house removal cost per bedroom?
As fixed starting prices for a local London move: a 1-bed flat from £420, 2-bed flat from £700, 2-bed house from £750, 3-bed house from £1,100, 4-bed from £1,600 and a 5-bed home from £2,100. Floor level (for flats), distance, packing and access set the exact figure.
Why is a fixed price better than an hourly estimate?
An hourly rate makes traffic, slow lifts and a long carry your problem — the meter keeps running. A fixed price locks the number before you book: if the move matches what you told us, that's what you pay.
