The journey, the crew and the van are all in one fixed price. The number stays fixed while your date, inventory, access and selected services remain as agreed. You can book it straight away; if no verified mover accepts in time, you pay nothing.

How do I calculate my moving cost?
Enter your route, date, inventory and access in the Movesmith booking flow. It works out the crew, van and journey and shows your fixed price before you decide whether to book.
Is the displayed price fixed?
The confirmed price covers the disclosed scope and journey. A material change requires your express approval of a new fixed proposal before changed work or any additional charge.
Can I book from any UK postcode?
Yes. You can get an instant price from anywhere in the UK, including Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands, and book it straight away. A verified moving team then accepts the job, and if none does in time, we cancel the booking and you pay nothing.
Why might the calculator show more than the London from-price?
The from-prices assume a typical load, the ground floor or a lift, the van near the door and a short move within London. More belongings, stairs without a lift, a longer carry or a longer drive all add time, and the calculator works that into your fixed price.
