A clear removals handover for tenants and residents
How letting agents and build-to-rent teams can offer a consistent removals route without taking on transport operations.
Earn a fee on every completed home or office move your clients book. You earn a fee on every completed home or office move your clients book: £8 for a studio or 1-bed, £15 for a 2-bed, £25 for 3 bedrooms or more. Office or shop moves: £15 up to 10 desks, £30 above. After 50 moves in a month, we add £5 to each move after that. Fees apply to moves your clients pay for, including client-paid bookings made through Movesmith Business. We pay once the move is completed and paid for, monthly with a statement. Nothing is paid on cancelled moves or on moves refunded within 14 days of completion. Moves your organisation pays for through Movesmith Business get the organisation discount instead. A referral never changes your client's price.
A practical handover

Ask clients to provide their real addresses, inventory and access details directly to Movesmith.
The client books at the fixed price and a verified mover then accepts the job; if none does in time they pay nothing. A referral alone does not reserve a team or date.
