What we collect

Too big to post. Not a problem.

  • eBay wins too big for a parcel courier
  • Facebook Marketplace furniture pickups
  • Gumtree collections — sofas, tables, white goods
  • Vinted and other marketplace bulky items
  • Auction house and warehouse collections
  • Anything with a seller at one address and you at another

How it works

Seller to your sofa spot, one fixed price.

  1. 1

Tell us the item and both addresses

What you've bought, the seller's postcode and yours, floors and parking at each end. Photos help the crew size the job.

  2. 2

    See your fixed price

One number before you book — from £75. Distance, stairs and access are line items, not day-of surprises.

  3. 3

    We collect and deliver

A verified mover collects from the seller at an agreed window, handles it properly, and delivers to your door.

Good to know

Marketplace pickups, done properly.

  • Coordinating with the seller

You agree the collection window with your seller; the operator turns up in it, calls ahead, and handles the handover. Put the seller's phone number in the booking notes.

  • Too big for a courier, too small for a removal

This is exactly the gap marketplace purchases fall into — one sofa, one wardrobe, one fridge. It's priced as a single-item job, not a van-day rate.

  • Check it before it travels

Where the seller allows, the operator gives the item a quick once-over at collection. For anything high-value, ask the seller for photos and check condition on arrival before sign-off.

  • Disassembly and awkward access

Wardrobes that need taking apart, sofas through tight doorways, third-floor walk-ups — flag it when you book and it's planned and priced up front.

Marketplace delivery questions

Common questions on eBay, Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace collections.

How much does eBay delivery cost in London?

From £75 fixed for a standard single item — the exact price depends on the item, the distance between seller and you, and the floors and access at each end. It's shown before you book, and nothing is added on the day.

Do you collect from the seller for me?

Yes — that's the whole point. You agree a collection window with your seller, a verified mover collects the item, and it's delivered to your door. You don't need to be at the pickup.

Which marketplaces do you cover?

Any of them — eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Vinted, auction houses, or a private sale arranged anywhere else. If there's an item at one address and you at another, it's the same fixed-price job.

What size items can you collect?

The courier-proof stuff: sofas, wardrobes, tables, mattresses, fridges, washing machines, gym gear. Small parcels are cheaper with a normal courier; heavy or specialist items (like pianos) are handled with specialist pricing.

How quickly can you collect?

Often within a day or two, subject to operator availability in the seller's area — same-day is sometimes possible with a small premium shown in the quote. For a tight seller deadline, call 020 3143 1719.

What if the item is damaged on the way?

Every operator is verified and must hold valid Goods in Transit cover before taking jobs, and clear liability terms are shown before you book. Check the item on arrival before you sign off the delivery.
